Hi all,
I have reason to believe that my ggggreat grandmother may have been killed
by a union soldirer who tried to take possessions from her. How can I find
this information? She lived in Overton County Tennessee and died April 1862.
I appreciate any info
Linda Victory

done a lot of work on the Provost records, that is how I found out about
them. I think he is working on a book. I believe he said there is a copy
of the microfiche at a Jr College in AL but I don't remember which one.
What a treasure it would be if someone could digitize them and put them on
the web or on CD or DVD.
