Subject: [TNANDERS-L] SEIBER, PHILIP WILL

Okkkkkkk here I go again. Please read Philip Seiber's will carefully.
Philip Seiber is telling his descendants in this will: "I have, not only
SONS, I also have DAUGHTERS!"
>From his will: First I want all my Just Debts paid
Second I give and bequeath to my beloved Son Frederick Sieber's "heirs" the
Sum of one dollar and thirdly the balance of my Sons & Daughters I give and
bequeath to Each of them One dollar and fourthly I give and bequeath to my
beloved Wife.
I have been unable to establish Frederick Seiber's heirs???? Has anyone
else?
How about this? we have lots more relatives than we know about!
1830 Anderson Co, TN Census Records some of Philip Seiber's neighbors.
Daniel Smith, Thos Turpin, West Ellis, Gideon Taylor, David Byars, Wesley
Peters, John Ashlock, Clingin Kincaid, Wm Oliver, Joseph Aldridge, John
Goldson, James Wyatte, F H Robertson, Wm Wright, Elias Butler, David
Wallace, Robert McKamey, Samuel Wallace, John Scruggs, John Wallace, Elijah
Adkins, Isaac Sharp, Michael Henderson, James Clardy, Payton Lewallen,
George Beats, James Webber, Gavin Miller, John Webber.
Philip's daughters would have already been married by 1830, just thought
it might be worth checking out as to who lived in or near Philip Seiber's
vicinity?
Possibilities of Seiber females that may have married into early Anderson Co
families are: Braden's, Brown's, Chiles, Daugherty's, Duncan's, Frost,
Harness, Henderson's, Hoskin's, Lively's, Leinart's, McKamey's, Moore's,
Phillips, Sadler's, Sharp's, Taylor's, Wallace, White's
It appears will we will have to play I SPY into other families with a spouse
with (last name unknown) living near the Seiber families in the earliest
records we can obtain!. Tuff job, but not impossible, if enough research is
done.
