BREEDEN, JAMES FRANKLIN, JR. - age 68, of Claxton,
GRAVES, BONNIE PAULINE - age 75, of Andersonville,
BREEDEN, JAMES FRANKLIN, JR. - age 68, of Claxton, passed away Friday, June
06, 2003 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. After 42 years of
service, he retired from the Knoxville New Sentinel. He enjoyed hunting and
traveling. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Heiskell. Preceded in death by
parents, Frank & Zella Breeden of Knoxville, and his first wife, Doris
Breeden. Mr. Breeden was born March 10, 1935 in Knoxville. Survivors: wife of 18
years, Vivian Cunningham Breeden of Claxton; daughter & son-in-law, Jama & David
Hill of Knoxville; sons & daughters-in-law, Steve & Kathy Breeden of Claxton,
Mike & Robyn Breeden of Claxton; step-daughters & husbands, Rhonda & Greg
Cross of Jacksboro, Amy & Jerry Vagnier of Maryville; step-son, Christopher
Ralston of South Carolina; brother & sister- in-law, Robert & Sue Breeden of
Rutledge; sister & brother-in-law, Barbara & Stan Haun of Knoxville; 13
grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Interment will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, at
Asbury Cemetery in Knoxville. Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Cunningham,
Kenneth Cunningham, Eddie Cunningham, Robby Breeden, Mike Smith, Burl Wells.
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home of Clinton in charge of all arrangements.
GRAVES, BONNIE PAULINE - age 75, of Andersonville, passed away Saturday June
7, 2003 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was a member of
Brims Fork Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, J.C. Graves; parents,
Henry & Rose Settles Fraker. She was born May 5, 1928 in Union County. Survivors:
daughters, Karen & Kathy Graves of Johnson City; son, Lanny Graves & wife
Joyce of Clinton; grandchildren, Megin Hatmaker & husband Timothy of
Andersonville, Patrick Graves of Clinton; great grandson, Alex Hatmaker of Andersonville;
brother, Kenneth Fraker of Andersonville; several nieces and nephews. The
family will receive friends 6-8pm, Sunday, June 8, 2003, at Holley Gamble Funeral
Home in Clinton with funeral service following at 8pm in the chapel with Rev.
Jack Walker and Rev. Clyde Gray officiating. Interment will be held 11am
Monday, at Hutchinson Cemetery in Andersonville. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in
Clinton in charge of all arrangements.
