Yes, there was definitely an old Thompson house on North Main. I had
thought of that but hadn't mentioned it since Nelda was looking on Railroad
Avenue. That was a very prominent home and one of the nicest in
Shelbyville, and it was there for sometime after I married in '67 and moved
to Murfreesboro. Linda
