My current family history research is centered on Naomi Elizabeth (1864-1944) Bomar, the oldest daughter of Elijah Bomar (1842-1929), of Bedford County.
In 1883, Naomi married J.W. Woosley in Bedford County. Seventeen years later in the 1900 Census, Naomi is noted in her father Elijah's Bedford County household as Naomi Miller (divorced) along with her child, Lillian Woosley, (age 14).
Are there any Woosley family researchers who can tell be more about J.W. Woosley of Bedford County and what became of him?
Also, I cannot find any marriage or divorce records for Naomi and anyone named Miller. Again, are there any Bedford County Miller family researchers who might be able to help me identify Naomi's second husband?
