PARKS, NELLIE M. BROCK, - age 84, of LaFollette, passed away Tuesday morning
July 4, 2000 at the LaFollette Nursing Home. She was a member of Midway
Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband Owen Parks with whom she was
co-owner/operator of Peoples Department Store in LaFollette. Survivors: son
and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Barbara Parks, LaFollette; grandson, Brock
Parks, LaFollette. Funeral service 8 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Cross
Chapel. Rev. Leonard Dabney and Bro. Don Proffitt officiating. Interment 10
a.m. Friday at Campbell Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends 6 to 8
p.m. Thursday prior to service. Arrangements by Cross Funeral Home.
