WIMBERLY, LUCY RIDDLE, - 86, Oak Ridge, on Thursday, July 13, 2000. Member of
New York Avenue Church of Christ. Preceded in death by husband, Lester
Wimberly, 1965. Survivors include: son, William "Pete" Wimberly and wife,
Debby, Knoxville; daughter, Kaye Wimberly, Oak Ridge; sister, Claudia Wilson,
Akron, Ohio; grandchildren, Courtney Wimberly, Raleigh, N.C., Tyson Wimberly,
Chattanooga, Tenn. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2000,
2 p.m., in the chapel of Weatherford Mortuary with Mr. Harold Scott
officiating. Interment will be at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. Memorials may be
made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends on
Saturday, 6-8 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary, Oak Ridge.
WITT, RICHARD - departed this life on Friday, July 14, 2000 at Oak Ridge
Methodist Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced
later by Unity Mortuary.
