The HelpDesk is where people should be going if they are unable to get a
reply from the list admin and they will contact Andrew or whoever is to follow up
on the problem: http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/help.cgi

I would caution you that the list admin has the final say in whether a
prepend is to be used or not for the list--he doesn't have to do it. He should
reply to the requests though.
