John, do you know for sure where the Dunbar school is located? I live in Savannah, Hardin Co. TN, and there is an old Dunbar school here. I do not know any history of the school or even if the building is still standing. I do know that it was the Negro school before intergration and then the system central office into the late 1970's. I'll be happy to get more information for you and even some photos, if you think this is the location of the school.
