My great grandmother was born in Decatur county on March 28, 1885. According to her death records, her parents were Frank Daughten and Neptune Milam. I have hit a dead end with both of these people. Rumor is that Neptune was full Cherokee which may be why I can't find any information on her. But like I said, I've hit a dead end and would appreciate any help that can be provided.
