I am interested in any information on any Billings in DeKalb County but am particularly intersted in information on Jim Billings. He was married to Rachel Certain (she was killed--Last Legal Hanging in DeKalb County) and then Uncle Jim married Mary Culwell. I have no information at all about her. He is buried at Billings Cemetery but I don't know where either wife is buried or what happened to his children, Dibrell and Mollie, by his first marriage and I believe he had two sons Joe and John by the second marriage. Any information will be appreciated.
