I'm searching for data on the Scurlock family who were in DeKalb County (Smith County at the time) near Liberty.
I'm on the trail of Keziah Scurlock and her parents and related families. I found her listed as a member of Salem Baptist Church at Liberty, for the year 1876. Also listed were Jas. Scurlock and Elizabeth Scurlock for the year 1875.

Keziah married James Glaze on April 13, 1881, Smith County, TN. DeKalb county was part of Smith County at one time. I wonder if the Salem Baptist Church at Liberty could have been where they were married?. Does anyone have further information on these ancestors or if you can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate knowing where to search. Thank you.
