Including Bethel, Cantrell, Colvert, Fuson, Gribble, Hicks, Jaco, Judkins,
Magness, Mangum, Moser, Parker, Potter, Redmon, Snow, Turner, and Weedon
families, along with the Farmer and Foushee Families of Virginia; the Gray,
George, and Sageley families of Cannon County, Tennessee, the Nathaniel
Miller family of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and others.

Some of the other families included are Patterson, Young, Loring, Byars,
Evins, Parrish, Davis, Reeder, Vanhooser, Ray, Odom, Farler, Braswell,
Jacobs, Sandlin, Smithson, and more.

The copyrighted book is hardbound and has 696 pages printed on acid-free
archival paper, made to last for centuries. It includes numerous old
photographs of our ancestors and relatives, several of them born before
1800. The complete first-name index contains more than 20,000 names.

This family history is much more than just a listing of names and dates. It
contains many narrative sections which tell about our ancestors and how they
lived, what problems they faced, and everything that can be found about
them. Old wills and inventories have revealed what furniture they owned,
and census records have shown even how man hogs they had, how many bushels
of potatoes they grew, and how many pounds of butter they made.

More than 50 years have been spent in research for this volume, and several
families have been traced to the 1600s and earlier. Complete references are
given to fully documented sources. The price of the book has been set as
low as possible so that more people can afford to buy one. It will cover
primarily the cost of publication, and any profits will be donated to Justin
Potter Library in Smithville. Only 500 books will be published, and no
second printing is planned, so it is important to optain your book as soon
as possible.
