I'm not a TRAPP researcher but I think I'd look into
Charlie S. Trapp son of William E. & Sarah F. Trapp
22nd Dist of Dekalb Co. TN in 1910 Sheet 3B

Was thinking that he might be the same as Spencer C. Trapp.
The age is close.
