I was at the library today and came across this listing in the "River
Counties" Magizene. I remembered someone was looking up the Turner family
but couldn't remember who. Here is the article and hope it helps out
someone!

HUMPHREY'S COUNTY

The information from Richard D.Turner family Bible sent to William Jack
Adams in Arizona by J.Carl Mallard in Waverly Tn. on Jan 14,1964.Bible was
published in 1839 by Hogan and Thompson,Philadelphia,Pa. this listing
contributed by Mrs.William J. Adams, Duncan ,Arizona.

Richard D. Turner was born Sept.19 1806, married 10/20/1824 to Sarah Finch
who was born in 1806.
Their Children:
Nancy Turner--1st daughter born 8/19/1825
Hannah Turner--2nd Child born 10/26/1826
Retha Turner---3rd daughter born 11/25/1827
Susannah Turner--4th daughter born 4/22/1829
Elizabeth Jane Turner--5th daughter born 11/17/1830
Caroline Dillard Turner--6th daughter born 4/9/1832
Mary Ann Marable Turner 7th daughter born 11/17/1833
Howard William Turner 1st son born9/22/1835
George W. Turner 2nd son born 4/20/1837
Isaac Newton Turner 3rd son born 2/25/1839
James Robert Turner 4th son was born 2/21/1841
Martha Sarah Turner 8th daughter was born 9/30/1844
William Hellen Wallace Turner 9th daughter born 11/6/1844----(note from me,
this did say daughter)
Richard Dillard Daniel Chase Turner 5th son born7/24/1847

Sarah Finch Turner wife of R.D.Turner died 8/25/1860

Richard D. Turner and Mary Jane Tubb were married 12/26/1860

Richard D. Turner and Mary Jane Tubb Turner's children:

David Copeland Beauregard Turner was born 3/28/1862
Elisha Morgan Turner was born 7/8/1864
Francis Marion Turner was born 6/19/1867

Note from Mrs. Adams---"Although not mentioned in the BIble, Richard
D.Turner married Mary M.Gilmore
on 2/3/1879".
