HELP! My GGrandfather William Riley (Rily) McNew, born 6/2/1837 married
in 1866 to Harriet Jane Odell, born 2/13/1847 lived and died in Greene
County, TN. They gave birth to three girls, Inez, Helen, and Sara Emily.
Riley(Rily) died on 4 April 1915 and Harriet died 2 March 1930. Both are
buried in "Timber Ridge" Cemetery off the Warrensburg Road in Moshiem,
Greene County. Sara Emily married Christopher Columbus Hauff (later Huff)
and had five children; Nora, Essie Mae, Fannie, Leona, and Clarence. Essie
Mae married Zenas Catron and they had two children, William Howard and
Jacob Columbus, William Howard was my father, Essie and Zenas and Emily
and Columbus are buried in "Sinking Springs" Cemetery also off the Warrensburg
Road.
My brick wall is I can't find out who William Riley,s parents and grand
parents were. It has my research at a dead stop.

sunshine the rest of your days.
