Hardin Researchers,
I may be covering old ground, but, B. G. Brazelton in "A History of Hardin
County." 1885, states that Margaret was married to Ninnean Steele. In 1931
Tommie Cochran Patterson wrote "Joseph Hardin: A Biographical and
Genealogical Study," in which she states that Margaret Hardin, b. 1776,
married Ninnear Steele.

Most of my sources are of a composite nature from others, I am a shameless
sponge, Family bibles, and interviews (living history). The extent of my
real research has come from Hardin Co. census (microfilm). I am in
Louisville, KY and cannot verify much. Consider the possibility that he
married both. Sorry.
