No the Manis/Manes family in not in the printed history of Hawkins Co.TN.
There has been some work done on the Seth and Patsy (Fields) Manis line. We have some of info in our library. There has not been much work done the family of Jacob and Margaret ? Manis.
Do you have any dates to go with your Ephraim Manis, or his children. The Ephraim Manis in the 1830 census of Hawkins Co. is listed in age of fifty and under sixty. This is the son of Jacob Manis.
