Hi everyone,

The original 1868 tax book for Lawrence County was returned to the
Lawrence County Archives yesterday from the TN State Library and
Archives. I have no idea why they had it or how they got it, but they
are doing a little house cleaning and are trying to return records that
they find to the counties they belong to. Let's hope they find some
more goodies!

If you want research done in this book, please wait until one day next
week, as we will not have time this week.
