Isham Burks is listed in 1820 Lincoln County census. He owned land in
Lincoln County. Between 1820 and 1830 he sold his land and moved to McNairy
County. Isham was a Rev. War Vet. from GA. I can't find a record of his
death or a grave. I believe he had a son, Thomas J. Burks, b: 1817 in SC.
Thomas J. Burks was my great-great grandfather. Thomas J. Burks married
Mary S. Hubbell; born 1817 in TN. I have no information on Mary S. Hubbell.

Any information would be appreciated.
