Dear List -

I'm wondering if you can help me. I'm seeking any information or
contact with the descendants of:

John/Jonathan Washington RIGGS, b. Grainger Co., TN 1795; no
death date; may have married Melinda Unknown, b. 1804, TN.

He is shown on the 1850 Lincoln Co., TN census in the household
of his son, John A. RIGGS.

John/Jonathan is thought to be the son of: Jesse RIGGS, b. 1758,
Morris Co., NJ; d. 1832, Lincoln Co., TN; m. Unknown.

This man may be my gr gr grandfather and any help is greatly
appreciated.

Peggy Riggs Kopp
