If persons who are interested in this family will contact the Moore County
Historical & Genealogical Society, P. O. Box 408, Lynchburg, TN 37352, they
had one issue of "The Moore County Review", (their publication) which gave a
lot of historical information on this family (John Allen). I'm sure that
for a fee they would send out a copy to those requesting it.

In fact, I may have to do just that. My filing "system" lately leaves a lot
to be desired. I just can't keep up in this information age, I guess!
