My ancestor, Jacob Hays moved from lincoln Co to near Huntsville about this time and then back to
Lincoln Co by 1830. He settled in Morgan co but several of his families members stayed in Ala. I know
there were new Indian Lands being opened at this time but is that the only reason these people moved
then. The Turney Family also moved then too. Diana Stevens
