HELLO, SUSAN
I saw your posting on the Lincoln site. I have a bit of info on a McKinney family that lived for a while in Lincoln Co. in the middle 1800s before moving to AL. There is not a Philip here. Send me names and dates of birth and I will check. This family is not related to any other McKinney in Lincoln co, that I know of.
