Thanks for the info Jim. Robert K. Paul's middle name was Kidd. I have no
idea how that came to be his middle name. Now my curiosity is really up.
My ancestors resided in Lincoln county for a period of time. I will collect
the info that I have and put it on this site soon. Hopefully I can
establish connections and fill in the blanks. Do you have any recall of the
name of the railroad that ran through Pearl City?

Hi Dan. Pearl City lies on Elk River SW of Fayetteville. As a young 13
year old
I lived in the area on the farm of Mr.John Kidd. I do not know the
history of Pearl City. But to my rememberance there was a grocery store,
a Train station and Grist Mill. The last owner of the Grocery was Mr
Pleas Clardy. I too would love to know the history of Pearl City.
