Steve was there any connection to the Olivers which you mention and an
Alexander Oliver from Richmond Co NC ?
Alexander Oliver was married to Sarah Cole daughter of Francis and Elizabeth
Watkins Cole of Richmond Co NC
Her brother John Cole was living in Lincoln Co TN by 1827. And her sister
Martha Patsy Stricklin and her husband John were also there about the same
time period. I found a land record of an Alexander Oliver and Francis Cole
Jr in Lincoln Co TN.
