Joy,
I looked at my map, which did not show a Daniel T Williams CO, but, the
1836 tax list shows Green Bevels living in Dist 21, the description states "
Begins at the forks of the Fayetteville and Sulfur Springs road, west of J.
Clarks and....cont....between Swann and Craighead Creek......past the widow
Joins, John Parkinson and John Tate to strike Pulaski road East of DANIEL
WILLIAMS and then with the road west to the beginning." Somehwere I had some
info on some changes to the Captions Co, but I cant find it at the present.
Now, about your question of War's, and these Captians, cant help you
there, mayabe someone else can, I can tell you from the map of 1830, it names:

Anthony, A. Casey, James Pruitt, William Old (most of this land later became
Moore Co) Connely, John H. Taylor, Payne, John Pruitt, Ebin Pickett, J. C.
Flynt, Samuel Wallace, Robert Drennan, B. W. D. Carty (Fayetteville area)
Lingo, Jas Rorex. Nicks, W. D. Moore, Tally, Grant, Cooper, Thos Hayes (last
5 lands became Marshall Co) A. Eastland, Paulson, G. W. C. Edminston,
Claiborne Ruth, Allsup, Solomon Reese, John Pool and Thomas J. Anderson.

Good luck,
Cindy
