Hello Wanda,
We believe Nancy McMillen is an aunt to my husband's g-grandfather, John
McMillen, who was born in Lincoln Co., TN in 1813. Do you happen to have
more information on the McMillen's? Anything you could share would be
appreciated.
Thank You,
Edna McMillen

"Agnes" McMillen/Mullen (various spellings) in Botetourt Co. Va. in 1799 and
moved with Nancy's family to Williamson Co. Tennessee abt. 1800 and later to
Lincoln Co. Tn. Jacob was one of the first know settler's in Boonshill, Tn.
and is buried in the Wright Cemetery in Boonshill, Tn.. off of hwy #64. I
have a lot of info on him and his children...children etc. but am looking
for a few loose ends regarding his son (my gggrandpa) James "Harvey" Wright
who married the 2nd Trantham daughter Anna/Annie/Anne . I was told that my
gggrandfather Harvey Wright as I knew of him had a general store
Wright/Trantham in 1850 which later became Wright/Wright dry good store in
1870. I would love any confirmation as to this and also where in Virginia
was Jacob Wright 1774 born. I have my suspicions but nothing concrete.
Thanks, Wanda Wright Diomedes
