Sawyers surname:
My aunt Fanny Mae Tatum, married a John Sawyers in Lincoln County, TN around
1916 and they had a son named Leslie Sawyers about the same year and a
daughter Clara May, years later I believe.. The "Tatum" family moved to Knoxville
prior to 1930. John was not with them and Fanny Mae was married to a Vance King
of Knoxville. The Tatum's lived in the Howell Community of Lincoln County,
TN.
Does anyone know if John might of died and was burried in that town or is
there any cemetery records available?

Adcock surname: Also seeking any information on the Adcock family, in the
same area. William, Emma, Lizzie, Nellie, William Thomas, these are my
grandmother, Minnie Martha (Loving) Tatum's mother, stepfather, half sisters, Lizzie,
Nellie, and half brother William Thomas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
