The initial W in Cornelius' name probably stood for WICKER. Thomas Oscar WICKER Sr. and Mary HESTER were the parents of Temperance that was the wife of Joseph SULLIVAN. The researcher believed that they were originally from New Kent County, VA before settling in Chatham Co., NC and then William and Temperance moving on to Lincoln County. Has anyone else seen anything on this question?

Wish I knew more about my Sullivans - do you know anything of a Nancy Sullivan b 1812 in NC who md John Dunn ca 1830? She and children (Henry Herbert, Margaret (Peggy), Hannah, and Preston) were listed in Wilson Co., TN in 1850, apparently John had died - then sometime after that they moved to Lincoln Co., TN. I can't find any info on them in Wilson Co. Thanks, Pat
