AOL users can/will/do have problems with Rootsweb lists. When AOL introduced
its spam blocker about a year ago, AOL decided that Rootsweb was spam. I know
another list tried to straighten the problem out, jumped through as many of
AOL's hoops as possible, and finally gave up. AOL users need to check their spam
folder. If you find a Rootsweb message there, please mark it "this is not
spam". AOL uses who wish to unsubscribe but don't send the message to Rootsweb,
but hit the spam button instead, block Rootsweb messages for some/all of the
AOL users. So if you are on AOL and want to unsubscribe from a list, please do
not use the spam buttton, but take a minute to unsubscribe from a list. That
will help prevent the rest of us from having problems.

Susan
