Tammy ...... this Joseph Bradner Wallace thing had me going crazy for awhile and I have some info. for you. The reason it was driving me nuts is that it crossed paths with my own Bradner genealogy. These Bradners are NOT related. ========= Let's start ---- +++++ Joseph Bradner marr. (bef. 1776) in PA Margaret Campbell (b. Mar. 13, 1737 - Abbey Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland). Her parents were Wm. Campbell & Isabella Gibson. The will of Joseph Bradner (in 1776) mentions a Margaret Bradner. This Bradner is NOT related. +++++++ Jean Bradner - b. 1720 ; d. 1784/1790 marr. James Wallace (ca. 1795 - Pittsburgh, PA). They had child Joseph Bradner Wallace - b. Aug. 6, 1751 - Ft. Duquesne, PA. This Bradner is NOT related ++++++++ James Wallace marr. Amelia Bradner (b. 1720 - Alleghany, PA ; d. 1790, Tenn). They had a son Joseph Bradner Wallace (1750-1820). Died Blount Co., Tenn. James Wallace was born in Ireland. This Bradner is NOT related. +++++++++++ Joseph Wallace marr. Mary!
Meeks and had a son Joseph Bradner Wallace (b. Jan. 30, 1795). He marr. Melissa Wilson at Gallatin, Tenn. ---- I think you have this one!!. Is this Joseph Wallace, Joseph Bradner Wallace ???? ++++++++ Now --- we have 2 or possibly 3 Joseph Bradner Wallaces. I think the son of James and Amelia is the one you are looking for. The BRADNERS previously mentioned came from ENGLAND and I also strongly suspect that the Joseph, Jean, and Amelia Bradner previously mentioned were siblings. MY Bradners came from Co. Wicklow in Ireland. Please let me know by Email whether this info. has been helpful.
