Michael Dunn has done a wonderful job of connecting Marshall and Maury
Co.s TN to Franklin Co. NC for several surnames. His Collins and
Vinson(Vincent) information do a great job of shoring up my contention
that my Murphys came from Franklin Co.NC to Maury/Marshall Co. TN. Some

Also, sorry I've been a little slow on my web page updates. Got several
microfilms I'm going through now containing so far unrelated Murphys
(but I'll post them), and I've been busy at work & holidays, etc,
