I just found this site and saw your message. I do not know if this is the same person, but gggrandfather had a daughter Alsey. The spelling was often changed as it was written down. Her parents were Thomas Bills and Mary H. Collins. She was the 9th of their 10 children. Hope this helps. Dollie
