Did you look at the information I sent you in my post of 24 July? You didn't
acknowledge whether it was helpful or not. If you look toward the bottom of
that post you will see

MARTIN, Jesse to McDANIEL, Martha 09 Jun 1841

I don't know how this line connects (if at all) to my John Potter Martin,
but as Larry said, there are probably some connections, we just can't
determine as yet what they are.
