Let me add my thanks to Sandra's and say that of the many pages I peruse, this is my favorite -- and that is due to Joy's oversight.

I agree with Sandra's point about the subject heads. If a person is allowed to come up with her own "title" for the message, she sometimes has a better shot at catching the attention of a reader than she would with a mere surname. Sometimes the unfamiliarity of a surname discourages a would-be reader, but an interesting question implied by a subject heading is sometimes effective at reigning 'em in.
