Surnames: Deason, Waddell, Taylor, Harris, Pleasant, Shaw, Covey, Mosier,
Harper, Nix, Caldwell, Tanner, Blount, Miller, Butler, Matthews, Anderson,
Gardner, Badger, Tipton, bullock

I have a copy of the State of TN ex rel VS West Tenn. Land Co., filed 17
June 1914 which I think is the paper settling this affair and conveying soil
under the lake to the State of Tennessee but leaving the water free ----
it's 13 pages of legalese.
