I am looking for information on Charles Richard Lippard. He moved to Obion County as a small child-- probably in 1860's - 1870's. I know he was born in Anna, Illinois, in 1864. He moved to Obion County and there married Laura Lee Lafferty. I have some information in family bibles relating to the Lafferty family but have no information on the Lippard side of the family. I have gotten information on several Lippards in Tennessee and Illinois but none mention this Charles Lippard. I am especially interested to know who his parents were and where they lived.
