Completed arrangements are being announced for Ella (Hogland) Cary, 76, of Troy, who died Nov. 17, 2003, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tony Leonard and Dr. Vann Kissell officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Ararat Cemetery near Troy.
Pallbearers will be Adam Cary, Dusty Ward, Ben Farley, Bill Norwood, Aaron Cary, R.V. Childers and Jordan Ward.
Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
She was born June 28, 1927, in Obion County, daughter of the late Raz and Alberta (Farley) Hogland. She was the widow of Calvin Logan Cary Sr., whom she married Nov. 1, 1941. He died March 15, 2001.
She was a homemaker and a member of Union City First Church of God.
Survivors include three sons, Calvin Cary Jr. and Michael Cary, both of Union City, and Kenneth Cary of Troy; her daughter, Jacqueline Brandon of Northlake, Ill.; and 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren, Timothy Cary and Kathryn Cary.
