Go to ancestry.com and look for the residential phone listings for the name.
You may only be able to find a relative since she's married (he could
specifically search only her last name in whatever state. He could also
look in the internet "white pages" and search her last name in the city
(narrowing the search), but non-listed numbers don't come up. Usually if
you tell the person why you called (and they know the individual) they'll
try to get in touch with them.

All he has is her maiden name...Does anyone know where he might search
