I have been told that William A. McFarlen/Lin/Lan/Land bn July 18, 1824, TN
married Rachel Mackamore/Maclemore/McLemore. Lived in TN and about 1860
moved to MO. Shortly after the move to MO Rachel
Mackamore/Maclemore/McLemore McFarlen/Lin/Lan/Land died. William A.
McFarlen/Lin/Lan/Land then married again to Serrilda/Lurinda A. Sadler Gains
on 30 Jul 1867. Family story is Rachel Mackamore/Maclemore/Mclemore was
full blooded Cherokee and was on the trail of tears. Have not been able to
find much information on William A. McFarlen/Lin/Lan/Land and Rachel
Mackamore/Maclemore/McLemore. Their children from the 1870 Census:

THOMAS JAMES MCFARLEN, b. September 24, 1851; d. April 25, 1910. married
JOANNA F. NORMAN March 01, 1877 in Stoddard County, MO.

ELIZABETH MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1853.

ALLEN MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1856.

MARCUS MCDONALD MCFARLEN, b. April 30, 1857; d. January 02, 1935; m.
NETTIE/Annettie C. Luckey on 25 Mar 1880.

ROBERT MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1860.

TENNESSEE MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1862.

MARSHALL JONES MCFARLEN, b. September 13, 1864; d. November 20, 1921,
Stoddard County, MO. married DORA I. MONTGOMERY April 02, 1893 in Stoddard
County, MO.

Children of WILLIAM MCFARLEN and SERRILDA SADLER are:

D. FRANK MCFARLEN, b. February 13, 1870.

JOHN NEWTON MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1869.

EDWARD MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1874.

ELIZA MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1877.

WILLIAM FRANKLIN MCFARLEN, b. Abt. 1879.

This is all I have on William and Rachel. Any information or leads would be
