While the census taker WAS aware of that rule, and MAY have explained it to
the persons that gave the information, that doesn't mean that the person
giving the information UNDERSTOOD. And if you ask me how old my children
are, I'll say 11, 10, 4 although my middle child won't be 10 for another 6
weeks. <G> Bad habit I know.
