JAMES RAY HAMBY, 72, Robbins, died Jan. 8, 1999. He was born in Lancing
Jan, 23, 1926 to the late Elbert and Mary Hamby. Preceded also by
infant grandson, Benjamin Lee Hamby; brothers, Marion Tim Hamby and
Hubert Hamby and sister-in-law Louise Hamby. Survivors, wife of over 47
years, Ethel Griffith Hamby; sons, Eddie and wife Betty, Keith and wife
Martha, Danny and wife Lynette, Dwayne and wife Becky and Kares and wife
Mary; daughter Karen and husband Rocky; 11 grandchildren; step-mother,
Wilda Hamby; brothers, Robert and wife Christine, Bill and wife Julie,
Lonas and wife Ollie, Ulyous and wife June; sisters, Mattie and husband
Otis Mason, Hattie Hamby and husband Ray, Virgie Honeycutt and husband
John, Mable Griffith and husband Delbert and Della Coley abnd husband

JULIA BELLE JONES LAWSON, 86, Robbins, died Jan 7, 1999. She was born in
Scott Co., July 25, 1999 the daughter of the late Thomas and Kizzie
Hutson Jones. Preceded by husband of 55 years Frank Lawson; daughter,
Ellen Brown Dunlap, one grandson; three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors: daughters, Lucille Duncan, Betty Shannon and husband Billy,
Cathy Garrett and husband Homer; sons: Gaither and wife Sue, Witmer and
wife Shirley, Roger and wife Jacke and Dexter and wife Kathy; 26
grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren;
sisters, Betty Byrge and Edna Parrish.
Burial in Honeycutt-Lawson Family Cemetery in Robbins. [Morgan County
