LOYD, ARIZONA - died Monday morning, February 8, 1999, at the age of 96 at her
daughter's home. Member of Prenticost Baptist Church in Oneida and had been
ministered to for several years by members of Grace Baptist Church on Oak
Ridge Highway. Preceded in death by husband, Mack Loyd of Oneida and sons,
Huston, Clayton and Clifton; 12 brothers and sisters. Survived by daughter and
son-in-law, Glenna and Vic Allen of Knoxville; son and daughter-in-law, Denton
and Vicky Lloyd of Knoxville; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1
great-great grandchild; daughters-in-law, Nora Loyd of Knoxville, Kay Loyd of
Huntsville, Ala. and Sue Norris of Taragold, Arkansas. Family and friends will
meet at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Hazel Valley Cemetery in Oneida for an 11 a.m.
graveside service, Rev. James O. Laxton officiating. McCarty Weaver Cumberland
Chapel.
