Rae,
The people all the way to Capitol Hill in Scott Co. gets their mail out
of the Pioneer Post Office in Campbell Co. That's why their address is
Pioneer. So people naturally assume that they live in Pioneer. I don't
live in Pioneer either. That's where my mail comes from so that's my
address! Hope this helps!
