PERRY, MR. ROBERT (BERT) BERTRAM - age 77 of Wartburg, passed away October 2,
2000. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Kingston. He was a retired US
Army civilian and a World War II Navy veteran. He was an active amateur radio
operator. Survivors include his wife, Lillian Guffey Perry of Wartburg; sons,
Robert B. Perry, Jr. and his wife, Nancy of Madison, Ala., Richard H. Perry
of Hattiesburg, Miss.; grandchildren, Matthew and Catherine Perry of Madison,
Ala.; sister, Hazel Warren; brothers in law, Glen Warren and Lawson Taylor;
brother in law, and sister in law, S.L. and Billie Guffey of Rockwood;
several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, October
5, 2000 from 5-7:30 p.m. Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services
will begin at 7:30 p.m. with Dr. Roy Graves officiating. Graveside services
will be held on Friday morning, 11 a.m. in the Nelson Cemetery Catoosa.
