Etta Patrick, 65, of Wartburg,

Gaynor L. Gosa, 88, died Jan. 11, 2004, in Wetumpka, Ala. He was a retired
chief warrant officer in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Gosa is survived by his wife of
63 years, Evelyn; and by his son and three grandchildren. He is also survived
by two great-grandchildren; a sister, Shirley Franklin, of Oak Ridge; and by
a brother-in-law in Wetumpka. A graveside service was Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004,
in Wetumpka. Ellison Funeral Home in Wetumpka was in charge of arrangements.
Etta Patrick, 65, of Wartburg, died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2004, at Methodist
Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mitchell and
Dora Armes, and by a sister, Hazel Brown, and a brother, V.D. Armes. Mrs.
Patrick is survived by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Patrick; her daughter, Renee
Jones and husband, Marvin, of Texas; two grandchildren, Robert Jones and
Meaghan Jones, both of Texas; two sisters, Betty Tucker and Peggy Liles, both of
Wartburg; two brothers, Archie Armes and wife, Dorothy, of Devonia and Arnold
Armes and wife, Mildred, of Lancing; and by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Her family said she was loved by many. The funeral was Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004,
at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg with Gary Armes officiating. A graveside
service was to be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, at Petros Cemetery.
