BRAY, FLORENCE MAY BUFORD age 88 of Clinton, TN,
FULLER, GERTRUDE HENDRICKSON - age 82 of Harriman, TN,
NABERS, EUGENIA RULE - of Morristown, formerly of Oak Ridge,
WOODWARD, AMANDA - age 72, of Lake City, TN

BRAY, FLORENCE MAY BUFORD age 88 of Clinton, TN, passed away Saturday, Oct.
16, 2004 at Briarcliff Health Care Center. Born August 10, 1916 in Lexington,
Mississippi to her parents, J. P. "Cub" and Blanche Pepper Bray, Florence was
one of three children. She graduated from Mississippi State College for Women,
where she studied to become a school teacher. Her family moved to Tallulah,
Louisiana, where she met Nathaniel T. "Nat" Bray and they were married in 1938.
Nat owned and operated Delta Hardware Store. It was in Vicksburg, Mississippi
where Nathaniel T. "Tom" Bray, Jr., their first born son was born, They moved
from there to Marshall, Texas, where Buford Shields Bray, their second son was
born. In 1946 the family moved to Oak Ridge, TN where Nat Bray was offered a
job with X-10. In 1952, Florence and Nat moved to Clinton, TN, with their two
sons and put down permanent roots. Florence was the first special-education
teacher in the Anderson Count School System and served on the Bored at Daniel
Arthur Rehabilitation Center in Oak Ridge for several years. She was devoted to
the children she taught in school and also in her Sunday School Class at
Memorial United Methodist Church where she was a member. She was a servant of Jesus
and showed this in her everyday life. Not only did she have a positive
influence on her family, but she was a loving and kind person to scores of children
and adults through the years. Florence interests in photography was more than
just a hobby. She had the eye of an artist and chronicled the period from 1952
to 1993 with pictures of children, friends, or family, and also the
neighborhood, city and county. These pictures also included nature landscapes,
buildings, birds, and flowers. Survivors: sons, Buford and his wife, Karen Bray of
Clinton, Nathaniel and his wife Kay Bray of St. Paul, Minnesota; grandchildren,
Natalie Bray, Chrestopher Thomas Bray, and William Bray; sister, Alice Morris
of Kansas City, Mo. Family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday
October 19, 2004 at Memorial United Methodist Church with the funeral services
following at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Don Thomas and Rev. David Hanes officiating.
Interment will be in Woodhaven Memorial Garden. Memorials may be made to Memorial
United Methodist Church. Holley- Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton, TN in charge
of arrangements.

FULLER, GERTRUDE HENDRICKSON - age 82 of Harriman, TN, Dyllis Community,
passed away Saturday October 16, 2004 at the Oak Ridge Methodist Medical Center.
She attended Post Oak Christian Church and was a member and Sunday School
Teacher at Dyllis Baptist Church for many years. She was a retired Burlington
Hosiery Mills employee. Preceded in death by: parents, Lonnie and Ethel
Hendrickson; husband, Robert Fuller; brothers, Allen, Vaughn, Newton and L.C.
Hendrickson. Survivors: sister, Ellen H. Hill of Dyllis Community, Harriman;
brothers-in-law, James W. Fuller and wife Valoise of the Post Oak Community, Thomas L.
Fuller and wife Mary of Norfolk, VA; and many other special family members of the
Robert Fuller family; sisters-in-law, Edna Hendrickson of Sunnyvale, Ca,
Mildred Hendrickson of Sun Valley, AZ, Edith Browning of Oliver Springs, Ruby
Hendrickson of Harriman; special aunt, Florence Rich of Terre Haute, IN; nephews,
Lee (Ann) Hill, Lonnie Hendrickson, Lester (Jenn) Hendrickson, Kenneth
(Paulett) Hendrickson, Keith (Karen) Hendrickson, Richard (Sandy) Hendrickson;
nieces, Barbara (Matthew) Rachich, Wilma (Don) Lynch, Linda (Mike) Butler; special
niece, Rose Hendrickson; great nephews, Bryan Allen Hill, Robert Lynch, Steve
Lynch, David Butler, James (Kim) Hendrickson, Donnie Hendrickson, Robert
Hendrickson, Kenneth Hendrickson, Jr., Brian Hendrickson, Christopher Hendrickson;

Tammy Lynch; great great nephews, Mason Hill, Tristan (Bubba) Hicks, Andrew Lynch,
Austin Hendrickson; great great nieces, Caitlin and Abygale Hendrickson,
Ashley Hendrickson, Richael and Savannah Booker, Summer and Autumn Browder, Ashton
Hicks, Courtney and Caitey Mack. Memoriums requested to Dyllis Baptist
Cemetery Fund, 530 Dyllis Road, Harriman, TN., Post Oak Springs Christian Church,
4761 Roane State Highway, Rockwood, TN or to organization of choice. Funeral
2:00 pm Monday at Kyker Funeral Home Chapel, Harriman with Pastor Charles Dean
officiating. Interment to follow at Roane Memorial Gardens. The family will
receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Monday at Kyker Funeral Home, Harriman.

NABERS, EUGENIA RULE - of Morristown, formerly of Oak Ridge, passed away
Saturday, October 16, 2004 in Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. Mrs. Nabers was a
member of First United Methodist Church of Morristown. She was preceded in death
by: her parents, Perry T. Rule and Dora Lee Rule; and a sister, Mary Jo Trent.
Surviving are: her husband of 52 years, Dr. Clarence L. "Buddy" Nabers; sons,
Todd Nabers of Palm Beach, Florida, Buzz Nabers and his wife Trish Nabers of
Knoxville; daughter, Leigh Nabers of Knoxville; and grandchildren, Trevor, Devin
and Evanne Lowe, Jerrin and Hanna Joyner and Bella Nabers. Funeral services
will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October, 18, in the First United Methodist
Church of Morristown with the Rev. Darris Doyal officiating. Interment in
Jarnagin Cemetery. Friends may express sympathy through memorials to the First
United Methodist Church of the charity of their choice. Stetzer Funeral Home of
Morristown.

WOODWARD, AMANDA - age 72, of Lake City, TN - passed away October 14, 2004 in
Hazel Park, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October
19th at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City. You may call at your
convenience that day until 1:00 pm. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday,
October 19th at Pine Hill Cemetery with Rev. Joe Bridges officiating.
