MILLER, MR. JOHN L - age 77 of LaFollette,
RIGGS, WILLIAM E. - age 68 of Tullahoma,

KELLY, OLLIE L. "POLLY" - 76 of Oak Ridge, died Sunday, April 24, 2005 at her
home, losing her battle with liver cancer. Mrs. Kelly was born August 20,
1928 in Knox County. She was a member of Byrds Chapel Methodist Church in
Knoxville. She enjoyed flowers, going to flea markets, auctions and yard sales. Mrs.
Kelly was a long-time collector of miniature glass and porcelain shoes. She
was preceded in death by: her parents, Oliver and Lilly Letsinger. She was the
loving and faithful wife of Gilbert Kelly, her husband of 51 years. She is also
survived by: her son, Allen Kelly of Oak Ridge and Allen's special friend,
Lynne Smith, also of Oak Ridge, who cared for her and was by her side when she
died; granddaughters, Mandi Currier and Leah Kelly; great grandsons, Dylan
Currier and Michael Currier, all of Oak Ridge; sisters, Jean Dehart and husband
Dillard and Joyce Moneymaker, all of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Ludie Turpin and
husband J. Hugh Turpin of Oak Ridge; brother-in-law, Jack Kelly and wife Betty
of Clinton; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; her only aunt,
Mattie Neeley, of Knoxville, whom she considered special; dear friend, Willie
Arnold of Claxton, whom she considered a sister. She will be missed by her many
friends and all those who knew her. The funeral service is Tuesday, April 26,
2005 at 8:00pm at Weatherford Mortuary with Rev. Michael Ryan officiating.
Graveside services are Wednesday at 2:00pm at Byrds Chapel Methodist Cemetery.
The family asks that any memorials be in the form of contributions to Byrds
Chapel Cemetery Association, 11270 Yarnell Road, Knoxville, TN 37932. The family
will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00-8:00pm at Weatherford Mortuary, Oak

MILLER, MR. JOHN L - age 77 of LaFollette, passed away Monday, April 25,
2005, at his home. He was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church and a member of
Stooksbury Masonic Lodge F. & A.M. He retired from the Campbell County School
System and was also a construction worker. He loved his family and church
family very much. He was preceded in death by: parents, Ike and Naomi White Miller.
Survivors: wife, Mrs. Effie Miller of LaFollette; daughter, Mrs. Patsy Shultz
of Clinton; son, Jerry Lynn Miller of LaFollette; special granddaughter, Mrs.
Starla Collins of Jacksboro; and special great grandson, Joshua Collins of
Jacksboro; two brothers, Bob Miller of Speedwell, and Austin Miller of
LaFollette; several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral services
Tuesday 8 p.m. at Walters Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Griffith and Rev. O. D. Hill
officiating. Interment Wednesday 11 a.m. at Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will
receive friends from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday before services with Masonic Rites
conducted by Stooksbury Masonic Lodge at 7:45 p.m. at Walters Funeral Home.

John L. Miller.

RIGGS, WILLIAM E. - age 68 of Tullahoma, died Sunday at Harton Regional
Medical Center. Mr. Riggs was born in Anderson County, Tennessee, the son of the
late Charlie Newton Riggs & Alice Pearl Foust Riggs Leeper. He was retired from
Sverdrup at AEDC where he was a Design Engineer and was a member of the
Trinity Lutheran Church in Tullahoma. In addition to his parents, he was also
preceded in death by: his wife, Betty Sue White Riggs who died in 2004. Mr. Riggs is
survived by: 1 daughter, Mary Mangrum of Tullahoma; 1 son, William Riggs of
Murfreesboro; 1 brother, Charles Riggs of Knoxville, TN; 4 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00noon(Central Time) Friday, April 29 at
the Trinity Lutheran Church in Tullahoma with The Reverend Lewis A. Groce
officiating. Burial services will be conducted at 2pm (Eastern Time), Saturday,
April 30 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee with
Charles Riggs officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 6pm until
8pm, Thursday at Tullahoma Funeral Home. For those who wish to make memorial
donations, the family suggests: The Trinity Lutheran Church in Tullahoma, Renal
Care Group of Tullahoma, or the National Kidney Foundation. Arrangements by
