DISNEY, COLLEEN - age 74, of Andersonville, went home to be with the Lord,
Saturday, October 29, 2005 at her residence. She was a member of First Baptist
Church in Andersonville. In her earlier years she was a member of Norris
Women's Club where she did the art work for the yearbook and also did the typing for
the Norris Episcopal Church. She taught basket weaving at the Norris
Community Craft Center. Colleen is preceded in death by parents, John Carter and Sudie
Howard Risner; brother, Roy Risner; sister, Evelyn Cox. Survivors: husband,
Bill Disney of Andersonville; sons, Mike Disney of Andersonville, John Disney &
wife Kim of Mt. Eden, KY; daughter, Rebecca Heter of Jefferson City;
grandchildren,Talia, Derek, Kara, and Larisa; several nieces and nephews. The family
will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, October 30, 2005 at Holley-Gamble
Funeral Home in Lake City with funeral services following in the chapel. Her
burial will be 2:00 PM, Monday, October 31, 2005 at Andersonville Cemetery.
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City is in charge of all arrangements.

HOHMAN, ANESSA KAY - age 14, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, October
28, 2005. Anessa was a freshman and honor student at Clinton Senior High
School. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She loved going to the
Clinton High School football and basketball games. Anessa was born March 25, 1991
in Knox County. Survivors: mother, Karen Swain Wise of Clinton; father, Alan
Hohman and wife Deloris of Oliver Springs; sister, Krista Hohman of Clinton;
half sister, Sarah Hohman of Oliver Springs; step brother, Casey Arnold of
Oliver Springs; grandparents, Arnold W. Swain and Wilma of Clinton, Lowell & Norma
Hohman of Clinton; step grandparents, Marietta Davis and Carl of Kingston,
Fred Hill & Monica of Kingston; great great grandparents, Annie Rickett of
Clinton, Lula Mae Foust of Clinton; great great grandmother, Imogene Hill of
Kingston; host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends at Clinton High School. The
family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, October 31, 2005 at Holley-
Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with Rev.
Donnie Disney and Rev. Chris Albright officiating. Her burial will be 11:00 AM,
Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers
will be Kevin King, Andrew Lynch, Justin Foster, Shane Harrell, Daniel
Cardwell, Brandon Garrison, Christian Lukonen, Chris Prillaman, and Gamey Dabney.

PHILLIPS, GEORGE F. "FRANK" - age 69 passed away Saturday October 29, 2005 at
his home. He was born October 28, 1936 and was a resident of the Poplar
Springs Community in Kingston for 41 years. He was of the Baptist faith, a Veteran
of the U. S. Air Force, and retired from Revco/CVS warehouse. Preceded in
death by parents Carl and Ruth Phillips. Survivors: wife Betty Phillips of Poplar
Springs; daughters and sons in law Patti and Tommy Sellers of Wartburg, Debbie
and David Mitchell of Poplar Springs; son and daughter in law Steve and
Suzanna Phillips of Kingston; 9 grandchildren 1 great grandchild. Funeral 8 pm
Monday in the Kyker Chapel with Rev. Gary Massengill and Rev. Dewey Brown
officiating. Burial 11 am Tuesday in Poplar Springs Cemetery. The family will receive
friends from 6 until 8 pm Monday at the Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston.

THOMASON, ETHELYN JANE - age 80, of Clinton, went home to be with the Lord
Thursday, October 27, 2005 at her residence. She was the owner and operator of
the Christian Bookstore in Clinton from 1958 until she retired in 1996. After
she retired she enjoyed designing and creating greeting cards for family and
friends. Throughout her life she enjoyed traveling and traveled extensively
throughout the United States and made several trips to Europe and Asia. Ethelyn
was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by parents,
Lucius Butler Sr., and Mable Tubbs Butler; sisters, Louise Morse and Marie
Hawkins; brother, Frank Butler. Survivors: daughter, Alice & husband Adrin Ward of
Chesapeake, VA; son, Paul Thomason of New York City; grandchildren, Alicia
Ward of Chesapeake, VA, Brad & wife Katrina Ward of Virginia Beach, VA; sister,
Jean & husband Bob Hamlett of Clinton; brothers, Lucius & wife Dona Butler of
Hawaii, Jack & wife Lynne Butler of Pacifica, CA; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, October 30, 2005 at
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Monday, October
31, 2005 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church. Her burial will follow at Oak Ridge
Memorial Park. The family has requested memorials be made to the building fund at
Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 157 LaSalle Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Holley-Gamble
Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.

WILLIAMS, LUCILLE - age 73 of Lake City, TN passed away early Saturday,
October 29, 2005 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Lucille was a loving wife,
mother & grandmother. Her parents, Andy & Lillie Powers, brothers, Chester &
Marion Powers, preceded Lucille in death. Lucille was a member at Clear Branch
Baptist Church in Lake City, TN. Survivors: husband of 55 years: Lillard
Williams of Lake City, TN; sons: Samuel Williams of Lake City, TN, Earl Williams of
Lake City, TN, Mark Williams of Lake City, TN; daughter: Glenna Fay Wells of
Lake City, TN; brothers: James & Tootie Powers of White Oak, TN, Jim B. & Ruby
Powers of Clinton, TN, Herman & Pat Powers of Clinton, TN, Joe & Evelyn
Powers of Clinton, TN; sister: Virgie Justice of KY; 8 grandchildren; 5 great
grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive
friends Monday, October 31, 2005 from 6 - 8 PM at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN with
the funeral service following at 8:00 PM in the chapel of Jones Mortuary in
Clinton, TN with the Rev. Kenny Bean officiating. Interment will be Tuesday,
November 1 at 12:00 PM at Sartan Cemetery in Clinton, TN. Jones Mortuary in
Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
